We would like to inform you that the external member card issuance process is temporarily suspended due to the Phase 1 upgrade of the Identity and Access Rights Management System. Card issuance requests will begin upon completion of the upgrade and a relevant announcement will be posted on our website.
Your access to the Library can be done with the QR CODE version.
