Λεβέντης» του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου για την υπογραφή της Συμφωνίας Συνεργασίας μεταξύ του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου και του κυρίου Γιαννάκη Μάτση, ως νόμιμου κατόχου του αρχείου του ήρωα του απελευθερωτικού αγώνα της ΕΟΚΑ 1955-59 Κυριάκου Μάτση, ο οποίος το παραχωρεί για ψηφιοποίηση και διάθεση μέσω της Βιβλιοθήκης του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου. Χάρη στη γενναιόδωρη δωρεά του, το ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό και σπάνιο αυτό Αρχείο, θα εντάσσεται πλέον στην πλούσια Συλλογή του Κέντρου Πληροφόρησης-Βιβλιοθήκη «Στέλιος Ιωάννου» του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου. The Library of the University of Cyprus announces the lifting of precautionary measures against the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to provide services to the wider community by registering new members and welcoming daily visitors to study and utilize its collections.

On Monday 13/06/2022 the Library will be closed due to public holiday. The 24/7 Reading Room remains open, even on public holidays.
